Trainee Cederquist

Our trainee programme consists of 8 employments of each 12 months. Our trainees receive broad legal and social experience, which greatly benefits them in their future careers. Our trainee programme is always managed by a senior associate, and each trainee is allocated a mentor among the younger associates.

The trainee works in the same way as an associate, but with the help of experienced trainers. The goal is that the trainee should be an active part of the day-to-day work by assisting on matters and joining client meetings, etc. Trainees form an important part of the community of lawyers at Cederquist and participate in work assignments, in-house training and social activities.

After completion of the twelve-month trainee period, our trainees often go on to do a court clerkship.
